Fragrant Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime Tea

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil

  2. Add all the leaves

  3. Stir for 2-3 minutes until they are thoroughly steeped

  4. Add honey, stir

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water

  • A handful of Kaffir lime leaves

  • A handful of fresh lemongrass leaves

  • 2 tbs Manuka honey (or regular honey)


Creamy Turmeric Latte

Directions:

  1. Juice the turmeric

  2. Bring oat milk to a boil, constantly stirring as to not burn the bottom

  3. Add turmeric juice (or powder), cinnamon, vanilla extract, black pepper, honey, and stir until it reaches a simmer

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oat milk (my favorite is from Calica Farms!)

  • The juice of 1 large turmeric (1 tbs turmeric powder works as well)

  • 1 tbs cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tps black pepper

  • 2 tbs honey (or other sweetener)


Ginger Lemon Rose Tea

Directions:

  1. Slice the ginger

  2. Bring the water to a boil

  3. Add ginger, rosebuds, lemon juice and honey, and stir until it reaches a simmer

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water

  • 1 small-medium ginger

  • 3 dried rosebuds (the ones made for tea!)

  • 1 tbs lemon juice

  • 2 tbs honey (or other sweetener)


Matcha Lavender Latte

Directions:

  1. Sift the matcha through a strainer to avoid lumps

  2. Add brown sugar to the matcha powder

  3. Bring water to a boil

  4. Add dried lavender, stir until it simmers

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of lavender tea through a strainer, onto the matcha powder

  6. Whisk until perfectly blended

  7. Add ice cubes

  8. Pour in oat milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup of oat milk

  • 2-3 cubes of ice

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (this brand is my FAVORITE!)

  • 1 tbs dried lavender

  • 1 tbs brown sugar (or other sweetener)


Jasmine Strawberry Milk Tea

Directions:

  1. Dice strawberries

  2. Bring oat milk to a boil, constantly stirring as to not burn the bottom

  3. Add 1/2 cup of diced strawberries, jasmine green tea, and honey, and stir until it reaches a simmer

  4. In a cup, add the ice cubes and 1/2 of uncooked diced strawberries

  5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the iced cup

  • 2 cups of oat milk

  • 2-3 cubes of ice

  • 1 cup of diced strawberries

  • 1 tbs of jasmine green tea

  • Honey (or other sweetener)
