How to Create a Rejuvenating Routine and Boost Your Immune System

If you’re in dire need of a change of pace and more energy throughout your day, don’t just opt for one-time fixes and instant gratifications like caffeine. Although a cup of tea or coffee a day won’t necessarily do you any harm, it’s not going to give you that genuine feeling of rejuvenation, either. You need a tonic that will boost your immune system so you can be healthier and more energetic from the inside; energy that is sustainable because it comes from a strong body rather than from caffeinated substances. After doing thorough research on the amazing benefits of elderberries, I searched my favorite health website (Flora Health) and stocked up on all the elderberry tonics that they offered. Here’s what I got:

I know what you’re thinking… that’s a lot of apple cider vinegar. But the little ones are wellness shots so you can chug them down in a couple of gulps! You’re encouraged to drink at least one of these every day, which I do because they taste so darn good!! Plus, they are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and caffeine-free. The elderberry one is my favorite but the ginger + lemon and turmeric + cinnamon are both equally yummy and perfect for the cold weather creeping in!

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

In case you haven’t heard about the apple cider vinegar craze, it’s real. Many people drink it to improve their digestion health, but it has a wealth of other benefits as well. Flora Health created these unique blends of apple cider vinegar and various antioxidant-rich extracts to make it even easier for us to boost our immune systems that natural way.

In a way, I got these wellness shots as a test to see which ones I like most so that I can decide whether I want to keep the larger bottles or not. I ended up keeping everything and will continue to drink all three flavors because I can’t choose between them (LOL). You have to try it! This tonic is really good for your system and you’ll feel the difference in your energy levels within a week.

From someone who drinks at least two cups of tea a day and then crashes once the caffeine dissolves, I’m now only drinking a shot of this tonic in the morning and a small cup of tea in the afternoon, and I feel wonderful. A truly rejuvenated feeling; one that I miss so dearly from my youthful days in high school x).

Also, isn’t the packaging so neat?! I love Flora Health’s stuff. I have a cabinet full of their products, with these apple cider tonics being my newest addition. Oh yes, with the elderberry crystals that I bought, I can make lemonade, baked goods, and even a delicious salad dressing! Here’s a sample recipe from their website:

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Flora Elderberry Crystals
Pinch of salt & pepper

Stir until all ingredients are emulsified. Serve with a big salad or buddha bowl.
